Therapy / Teens + Families
Your kid is bright and incredible... so why do they seem to be shrinking?
You can see how much your child has to offer, and you can also see them pulling back just to get through the day. Maybe they come home exhausted from holding it together. Maybe they've stopped telling you things, or the smallest conversation turns into a fight.
I work with sensitive and neurodivergent teens on anxiety, overwhelm, identity, belonging, relationships and self-trust. When it helps, I bring parents into the work so the whole family can understand each other better.
For Teens
Maybe it feels like nobody gets you. You're tired of explaining yourself, tired of being called too sensitive and tired of acting fine. Here, you don't have to perform. We can talk about friends, school, family, identity and whatever else is taking up space in your head... and nothing you say gets turned into a lecture.
For Parents
Part of my work is translation. I help teens put words to what they're feeling, and I help parents hear it in a way that brings you closer instead of further apart. Culture, spirituality and family traditions are welcome here, including the ones that you and your teen see differently.
