Healing work meets you through energy, spirit and the body. It can sit alongside therapy, or it can be its own path.
These offerings are not therapy, and they are not a treatment for mental health conditions. They are a different kind of care, and they are booked and priced separately from therapy.
A 75-minute energy session, online or in person. Each session includes Reiki, any intuitive messages that come through for you, what your body shares during the session and whatever else Spirit calls for, like song or drumming. In-person sessions include a cleansing, and every session comes with a 15-minute follow-up call 24 hours later.
